Calling all mamas-to-be! This is a class designed specifically for women who are expecting, with modifications for any trimester. These classes have a gentler approach, connecting mama to baby, and to help alleviate stress, aches, and some discomforts of pregnancy. Note that you do not have to be pregnant to join this class; though cues and discussion are focused on pregnancy. Please consult your physician first to confirm that practicing yoga during your pregnancy is okay. Students are asked to bring at least one pillow and small blanket to class.
